
This is a good gluten flour option for substitution with recipes. Whenever a recipe says flour, I just use this the same way, adding more or less depending on vibe ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I've tried a lot of flours. I don't use the ones with wheat protein extracted idk idk. This is the most normal one and I've used it to make bread too. I try to avoid natural flavors and the xanthan gum doesn't bother me here. Sometimes I mix in the red bag flour made with beans but that flour isn't great for a 100% substitute.
