
Sometimes it's late at night, you're in bed ruminating, unable to let it go. OCD in full blast and have nowhere to go. My hypnotherapist gave me this phrase "I let that shit go". It's cheesy, but you have no hope. I let that shit go! Deep breath. Over and over again. Your brain switches and falls asleep in peace. If it's daytime, shake it out "I let that shit go". You'll find peace
