
Feeling bad about yourself doesn't do any good for the body + soul. Figure out what you truly want and go after it. If it doesn't work out, then work on letting it go.
I should have been more vocal about wanting to go to the Hellogoodbye concert. That's no one's fault but my own and moping about it won't help, it will only make me feel bad. Don't do things that make you feel bad. Identify the problem and then work on it slowly. Change the behavior. Listen to what the soul truly wants. It's ok to make your needs known <3
