
Drinking a cup of hot cacao chocolate (without sugar) every night is soothing to the soul. Centers the mind and probably does something good idk but I should mention that this is bitter and does not taste good. Beauty is pain.
I add:
Amla powder (great for hair?)
Cacao powder (no sugar)
Reishi + cordyceps mushroom powder (does something?)
Hemp + chia seeds (minerals + protein probably?)
Cashew or soy milk (soy is ok again I guess?)
